Q12:Gmail contacts are deleted accidentally. How to restore data from Card Holder Google Contacts?

Answer:

Please reset sync relationship first, then synchronize contacts between Gmail Contacts and Card Holder Google Contacts to recover data. Please kindly follow the steps below:

Step 1: Open WorldCard Mobile, tap “Settings”, and then “Reset sync relationship”

Step 2: Tap [OK] to continue. Previous sync relationship will be deleted, so you can restore the data.


Step 3: Go to WorldCard Moible Card Holder, tap icon on top right, contacts will be synchronized between Card Holder Google Contacts and Gmail Contacts.
