Q14:I reset sync relationship and then sync with Gmail Contacts. Now some contacts are duplicated. What should I do?

Answer:

If you reset sync relationship and then sync with Gmail Contacts, it is possible some contacts will be duplicated, like image below.




Please follow steps below to remove duplicated contacts.

Step 1: Go to WorldCard Mobile Settings, tap “Find Duplicate Data”


Step 2: You will see duplicated contacts are listed as image below. Tap [Delete], duplicated data which are checked will be deleted.

[Notes] Please tap the to check detailed contact information before deletion, and make sure it is the duplicated one.

1. Duplicated contacts are located based on name and company or name and email.
2. Tap “WorldCard” to find duplicated contacts in WorldCard Contacts.

Step 3: Tap Yes to confirm.


Step 4: Tap OK to continue


Step 5: Go back to Card Holder, the duplicated Contacts are deleted.


Step 6: Tap sync icon , Google Contacts will sync with Gmail contacts, which will remove the duplicated contacts in Gmail Contacts.
