Q20:When copy or move contacts from Card Holder’s WorldCard Contacts to Google Contacts, how to keep the original group settings?

Answer:

To copy contacts in groups:
Step 1: Go to Card Holder, check the search bar (highlighted in blue) and make sure you are in WorldCard Contacts. Tap the management tool .

Step 2: Select contacts, then tap icon. The sample we use here is Chris Lai which is in group “Friends”.


Step 3: Then tap “Copy to Google” to see options


Step4: Turn On “Keep original group”, then tap “Done”. The original group settings will be copied to Google Contacts.


Step 5: To find the copied contacts in Google Contacts, follow these steps. Now go to Card Holder, tap icon.


Step 6: Select Google Contacts this time, then tap “Back” icon on top left.


Step 7: Now you are at Google Contacts, and the sample contact has been copied to Google Contacts.

1. If you want to move contacts to Google Contacts, the procedure is similar. Tap “Move to Google” instead of “Copy to Google”, the rest would be the same.

2. Move or copy contacts from Google Contacts to WorldCard Contacts shall follow the same procedure.
