Q24:After upgraded to iOS6, WorldCard Mobile no longer exports to iPhone Contacts.

Answer:

The issue could be caused by Apple's new privacy policy.

Please kindly go to iPhone Settings>Privacy>Contacts, and check WorldCard Mobile, make sure WorldCard Mobile is Turned ON.
If you need to save business card images to iPhone Photos, or load images from Camera Roll to recognize, you need to turn ON "Photos" too.

If the issue still exists, you may also check the display method of your iPhone Contacts.

The iPhone Contacts have been changed in iOS 6. "Hide contacts" feature is added. Please kindly follow steps below to turn on "Show All Contacts" feature.

1. Open iPhone Contacts, tap Groups on top left.

2. You may see " Show All Contacts" bar. If you see it, tap it.


3. Make sure you see screen like below, all contact groups are checked. Now you should be able to see the contacts exported from WorldCard Mobile.
